My name is Mae Yap. I graduated from UP Diliman where I took up BS Computer Science. Currently I’m a SAP Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard (first job) and so far I’m having fun at work (despite the pressure and expectations) thanks to Spongebob, Patrick Star and my Powerpuff girlfriends.
I miss college life. I miss UP. I miss being a student.
I’m a very random and twisted person - semi-introvert/semi-extrovert (learned extrovert). I love random adventures. I love random roadtrips. I love random conversations. I enjoy being around random, good natured and twisted people like me.

- I do Insanity workout - insane yet addictive!
- When I’m too lazy to do Insanity, I go swimming laps (minimum of 5 laps - freestyle+breast stroke).
- I have stage fright.
- Sometimes very very kuripot but most of the time an impulsive buyer :|
- I have this tendency to buy lots of shoes but only use one (usually white flats/sneakers that will allow me to run in case of an earhtquake HAHAHA)
- I have orthodontic braces
- I have this weird addiction to flashlights (whether it be in key chain form or the giant emergency-light kind)
- I’m always game for random adventures (as long as I know I’ll be safe)
- Very nerviosa (I think it’s a psychological disorder)
- I’m still a child at heart

- My fave greeting is “Hola”
- Fave words are “sunshine” and “aja”
- My life isn’t full of sunshine and rainbows but if you see me sad I probably have Vitamin Sunshine Deficiency :(
- It may sound naive but I always try and want to see only the goodness in others
- I’m selective but not exclusive
- I find geeky/scholarly/intelligent/smart guys with a sense of humor HOT
- I prefer the style that’s simple, classy, comfortable and doesn’t attract too much attention
- One of my biggest fears is getting really FAT.
- I super duper love my family (mama dad babs) more than anything else in the world. :)
